For team apparel and gear, ordering for your current roster plus a few extras is usually a good place to start. Tournament quantities depend on whether an item is being given to every attendee, sold as merchandise, or reserved for finalists, judges, or volunteers. We can help you estimate quantities based on your event size and how the products will be distributed.
How Far Ahead Should We Order?
For most standard promotional products and apparel, we recommend getting started at least 3–4 weeks before you need everything in hand. Fully custom products and larger orders may benefit from longer production timelines, especially when overseas manufacturing is involved. Have a tighter deadline?
